OBX universal muffler on 94 civic ex?

OBX universal muffler on 94 civic ex?
Bought a Universal muffler from OBX 2.5" intlet. And i need it welded onto my Stock piping. Im most likley going to bring this to a muffler shop and let them do it but id figure id ask to see what i would have to do and maybe i'll do it my self. I tested this and put it on my piping and it seems that where the tip is suppost to come out the back and go into that engrave on the bumper. It would not be strait. the tip of this muffler comes off a little too the left of that engrave, Now question is. Is there something i can do with the pipe so that it lines up? or would i have to either drill into the plastic to make a new engrave or buy a new bumber? I would like it to look normal but if it means buying a new bumper i'm not sure about doing all that
