94 civic ex in need of a muffler.
Ok so i got my car back from my mechanic and asked him to weld my muffler back too my strait pipe as it rusted and the pipe was just riddling in the muffler. He told me it was too far gone and ended up just taking it off. The pipe is stock so im guessing its a 2inch piping? but at the end its smaller what looks to be where the muffler would slide onto. Would any muffler work with this? also if i could be pointed too some nice ones that would be great! I don't have a spending limit. I doubt a muffler would exceed over 300 bucks lol. Now what i have now is LOUD i didn't mind it at first but damn at night and what not a strait pipe is just too loud for my liking. i would like something thats quit untill i get on the gas.

I would find a cheap OEM spec muffler and replace it if you plan on keeping the stock piping.
If you are comfortable spending around 300 bucks you can get a full yonaka catback system. 2.37" stainless steel piping. For the cost it's a really good deal considering what is included.
