Who here has done the vafc workaround.
I read on ntpog.org that unless I disconnect the wire that stores the memory, the ecu will eventually null all my settings. Has anyone done this with out problems? I really don't want to hack anymore wires unless I have to, you know?
I've done it, seems to work well. Before doing this though, pull the radio fuse overnight and put it back the next morning. Start up the car and test it out. Drive it around and see if you feel a difference. Personally I found that the low end was a lot better w/ the OBDII workaround. But I also have the SFC-VTEC harness so I didn't really have to hack wires since I was able to do it outside of the car. Sodering can't be fun while you're under the dash.

what is the SFC harness? and why do you have to pulll the radio fuse? cant you just disconnect the battery for a minute to reset the ECU?
