Default Problems after changing ECU

Hey folks. This is one of my first few times posting here because I've never had problems finding my solution from searching, but I am at a loss today.

A few weeks ago my ECU went out on me. It was a p06 chipped and converted to a p28. It's been stuck at my work and my boss has been getting on me to get it out of the lot so I went and bought a virgin p06 today and it backfired on me, literally.

When I start my car, it will run okay cold, but once the engine heats up, things go bad quickly. It starts missing, knocking, stalling, backfiring, running extremely rich, and eventually doesn't start back up until it cools back down.

I am getting a CEL code 10 and 14

I figured it was an ignition or fuel problem so today I changed the spark plugs, cleaned the distributor cap & rotor, replaced the fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator (per the service manual).

So before I go dumping another $300 into something, I was wondering if you guys think that maybe it's the fact that I'm running a virgin p06 on a far-from-stock b18?
Any and all help would be great.

Here is a video of my car stalling and backfiring from this evening:

Here is a link to all the general information and pictures of the car:

A stock p06 will not run your b18b. But that should not throw those CEL. Check your wiring since your ecu fried, it could of fried some wires.

Thank you for your insight. I believe I have solved the problem. The terminals to the coil were badly corroded. Cleaned them and the ICM connections and it started right up and ran like a champ. Not sure why it would only do this when hot, but it hasn't given me any problems for the last few hours. -fingers crossed-

The p06 is running it, but (obviously) with no vtec, a lower rev-limit, and a bit lean. I have the chip kit on the way and I'm about to order the p28 conversion.

No continuity on the IAT, visual inspection: it's fried. IAC won't throw a code when it's plugged in but makes a loud noise via the filter and bounces the idle between 1000-2500, so it's unplugged.
