Default B20b idle problem/Lean!

Hello HT, and thank you for reading this to help.
What I have is a 94' Eg Cx W/ a Jspec B20b (No Mods Ex. Aem ram intake)
When I had recieved it from a buddy of mine it had no problems really.
But a problem recently came up regarding the idle and loss of power, runs real lean, almost as if I'm yanking it around just to go to the store. And the idle is pretty uneven; at cold start it will idle 2k then after warmed up will sit right over 1k IF I'm lucky.
If NOT: at a cold start it will just idle below 850 rpms and stay on the verge of dying. And in this if I press the brake while coming up to a stop it will bring the idle down lower than it is. Hasn't been so weak as to stall on me, but it sure feels like it.
Checked spark: Fine
Cleaned intake
Cleaned IACV
But I was thinking either fuel pump?
Vacuum leak? I'm not sure I just need a little insight.
This is my second Honda, still learning a lot. Any help appreciated
Anymore questions just ask

does the CEL come on? if it does, get the code first derrr. if not i would check the IAT sensor, i had the same problem with very very low idle, check ECT sensor, O2 sensor.

What ecu? What injectors? What 02? How do you know it's running lean?

If I were to start the car without touching the gas the car will start with a flickering cel, but if I push the gas a bit it goes away. And if riding it hard and throw it into a gear sometime the cel blinks once and that's it.
Ive been meaning to test it but I don't have a Honda adapter for my reader, and I didn't think I would pick up anyways because once the car is on there is no light..

Everything is oem, had tO get it legal. (didn't do swap myself)
I know it runs lean because when I'm in first it goes smooth until about 3k rpms and seems like it struggles to accelerate.
I recently noticed a minor tear in the right motor mount, but didn't think it was relevant to the idle issue?
I still know I have to replace it

I would start by figuring out what ecu your running. There is no "plug n play" ecu that's 'right' for a b20 so most people use an ls ecu. Pull the passenger side kick panel off and find the 3 digit part code of the ecu. I have generated some custom b20 tunes which work very well. here is a useful link to explain how to find out what ecu you have:

When it does this, keep the car running and jump the service connector to see if any codes blink. All you need is a paper clip not a reader.

But aren't these engines obd2?
I thought you couldn't jump the service connector with obd2
