Default ECU Pinout for 97 Civic? help please

Hey guys, i have a 97 civic ex, automatic trans, d16 vtec engine,

The car was flooded during hurricane sandy, i got the car to run and drive but taking apart the ECU and cleaning all the corrosion and water out.

I noticed there was 1 wire that was pulled out of one of the ECU connectors. the Computer has 4 plugs going to it, The Wire that pulled out is at the Second plug in from the front, and the plug Is blue.

If anyone has a pinout for this car, or knows what the wires for id greatly appreciate it.

I lost most of my **** during the hurricane, and the car is really all i have left.

The reason im worried about this wire is because the alternator is over charging the battery, Im getting 16.4 Volts going to the battery.

so im trying to see if that broke wire is for some kind of voltage controller or somthing in the ecu
