swapped a 97 itr into my 97 civic cx and when i did tha iacv mod i didnt take the pins out i just cut the wire and put a new pin on and my car turns over but wont start and my ecu got shorted out. would not removing those pins shorted my ecu out????

 

Sure, but everything is fused...check your fuses first and then go from there.
