Default Passenger headlight jus went out help

Hey all, I have a 2000 accord ex coupe. My passenger headlight low beam just went out. I replaced it but nothing fixed, I also checked the two fuses under good and they don't look blown. I don't k ow what caused this as I've never had any problems with them at all. What could be the problem and how do I go about checking, fixing this? I can't keep going on like this. I have no other light issues at all so far. I did instal an amp and subs over the summer and recently noticed that my car seems to dim the lights every now and then but no real problems or issues with it other than this. Can somebody please help as I am mechanically inclined and know my way around a car I side and out but this has me stumped. You can hit me up at my email also : edge289@yahoo.com
Any all info is much appreciated very much! I don't have the money to have Honda look at it either. It's kinda pricey and I am limited on funds at this time.

Headlight relay 1 controls right headlight. Swap relays and see if trouble follows.
