Default Power steering hose leaky problem

Hi new here so I hope I can explain everything ok.

Have a 91 honda accord lx 4dwr.

I have had a pin sized hole near the base of the power steering hose near the power steering pump for some time that has been leaking for about a month. I knew it was a problem but decided to wait on it and just keep filling it up. About last week I noticed a rather large leak coming from underneath the car, I got under it and noticed that the leak is coming from the bottom of the power steering hose line right almost directly underneath the driver seat.

I have been reading up and hopefully you guys could help explain what the cause of this is? Is this a steering rack leak? Or is just from the hose? Plus I have been using "GUMOUT" for the power steering fluid. I only recently was told to use more genuine power steering fluids for honda's. Did that **** up my seal's too?
