New to honda tech but need help...I've been interested in picking up an itr shell.but a lot seems sketchy and does not add up
I've been told car was revined by nys? Can this be done?
It's a 97' championship white integra I think badge #309 I've searched Honda tech and this seems to be same car.was salvaged due to theft recovery but now has a revined clean ct title.does anyone know if this can be true or if any of previous owners can clear up my confusion?

what are you confuse on?

Story of the car: Car was stolen From CT, thief did a vin swap on it couple years later car is found because current owner didnt even remove the stickers the original owner had place on it. Auto crime took the car did what they had to do lock up the original thiefs and gave the car back to the original owner with new NY title and new vin number it was register back in CT then it was sold to a closed friend of the original owner he blew the engine, H22 swap it then something happen to the engine it was taken out and the shell sat in a garage for years until I came by and bought it I couldnt finish the rebuilt so my cuzing bought the car witch he never did anything with it and sold it last week to some guys from New york.

Theres nothing sketchy about it if you need to get in contact with previous owner I can ask them if its ok. I think original owner still around. Also theres couple local on this site that know the car.

No you shouldnt have no problem the car was register in ct after autocrime gave the car new vin numbers and title

I know still thinking about it.vin on title and car were diff Numbers and weren't as long as normal vins also
