Default Civic VX Tune Up D15Z1

Hello all,

I did a search before posting this, but I can't find the information I'm looking for. I recently purchased a 92 VX with 123k miles. I would like to do a tune up (Spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc). I can't find the part numbers for the OEM spark plugs and spark plug wires.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I want the OEM spark plugs. I don't want the garden variety at an auto parts store.

Bay area right here too. Should be a sticker on top of the plastic timing cover on the right side of the valve cover where the cam gear is located, should show ngk and the correct #, also werent oem plug wires made by sumitomo? Doesnt matter either way as oem plugs are ngk, and you would be fine to use ngk "blues" on your vx motor. Try amazon or ebay for those, and any autoparts store that carrys ngk will have the correct plugs.

For plugs:

NGK Part # 4043 {#ZFR4F11} V-Power
.044; OEM/OES Spark Plug; VX Model; CX Model

Get the aftermarket NGK ones - they're the same thing as the OEM Honda.

For wires:

NGK Part # 8034 More Info {#HE76}
VX Model

OR

DENSO Part # 6714183 More Info Ignition wire
Original Equipment Replacement Part / Complete Ignition Wire Set - 7mm; VX Model

OR

OEM Honda p/n 32722-P07-000 WIRE, IGNITION (SUMITOMO)

(Aftermarket parts I found on RockAuto.com.)

There is a write up in ecomodders I think you need a federal 49 state ecu and a 5 wire 02 sensor that's about it then you'll get lean burn. All you'll need to do I run the extra wire for the 02. I've got a spare ecu.
