I've search but could only find Hardrace, Pic and Suja(sonem) brands.
Hardrace is a bit pricey for what Pic and sonem goes for(pic and sonem are the lower end of $200) but PIC and Sonem are currently out of stock and i've already talked to them about when they will get them in stock and have yet a reply from them. (2 weeks already)

I have two questions, Does anyone know what other brands sell HARD RUBBER (NOT POLY) Bushing kit for 88-91 crx? Also has anyone installed such kit into their car and how much of a difference did it make and how long or are they still lasting?

I used the Energy Suspension poly kit. Much improved road feel and all around control.

 

how long have you had them since the install? I keep hearing that they squeal and fall apart after a year or so.

 

I would like to know this as well because I'm also about to buy a poly kit or possibly a hard rubber kit.

 

Ran for over 2 years with ES kit and only time I ever noticed a creak of any kind was over speed bumps.
I used a generous amount of the supplied grease when installing.

 

Poly bushings dry up and deteriorate fast. Seems that the PIC is the new option for bushings.

 

from pictures I've seen it appears that the PIC's are a little smaller, would they also need to be pressed in?

 

Just got word from pic "Unfortunately, we do not have any CRX or other EF-generation kits in stock, and no ETA on new inventory as of yet."

Waiting on Sonem/Suja bushing kit now.

 

I'm running a full Mugen hard rubber bushing kit on my CRX and I highly recommend it.

You can buy it at King Motorsports. It appears to be made by the OEM supplier.
They make hard rubber motor mounts too.

 

any followup on the pic or sonem brands??? i tried ordering some a few weeks ago and my money was just refunded with no reasons...

Ill pass on the poly products. I would just hate to redo things when i could have done it right the first time.

I also encountered KIWI signature bushings. They are made by Jeff Owen.

Also according to KIWI site, specialproductsmw . com , Hardrace are a taiwan made? can anyone confirm this with proof?
EDIT: i started looking this up. Man it seems like they are. It seems that megan racing and hardrace uses the same shipper for their products.
