Clutch adjustment (Hyd)
Does anyone know how to adjust the clutch so that it grabs lower towards the floor and less at the top travel?
Ive searched the forum and a Google search and manual, but I dont see anything that explains it clearly. Ive seen clutch pedal adjusment(interlocks etc.) which I dont think that will solve the problem. I thought it maybe at the slave cyclinder as a threaded shaft to the clutch fork.

So if the clutch is engaging at a higher point of travel than normal, there is no adjusment? would this be just a worn out clutch or pressure plate then?(dosent perform as if it was)
Maybe you have a leaking master cylinder. Check under the dash and see if there is fluid leaking onto your carpet under the master, if so, replace and bleed. If not check the rest of the system for leaks but the master cylinder is the most common spot.
You could if you have an aftermarket CMC. You can just screw the shaft in and it will bring the pedal down. However the stock CMC has a damper on it so you can't screw the shaft in. I'm not sure if the reduced travel is hard on the cylinder though. It should be in spec with the manual measurements (there's definitely a page on it in the factory service manual).

They're relatively cheap to replace. I too like my pedal engagement a little closer to the floor than where it was before. Just make sure you don't have it too close to the floor so that the clutch won't fully disengage when the pedal is depressed.
