Is my motor mount bad?
First part is in 1st gear and from 0:36 is in reverse. The right transmission mount has some flakes from the mount, but I don't see any cracks. I haven't had time to check the other mounts, but here's a vid. How does it look?
Is the car suppose to surge/jerk when in 1st and 2nd gear light acceleration and also in deceleration? I know my mainshaft bearing is bad, will it cause those symptoms too?
so much fail, torque mounts come on every factory honda.
Ones bolts to front of trans and runs to under body of car, other one bolts to front of motor and runs the the other side under the car.
Google honda torque mounts and look thro images.

Oh, I thought torque mounts are solid mounts. I'm a noob.

That much movement looks pretty normal to me. You can try carefully jacking up the motor by the oil pan to get a better look at the mounts to see if they're cracked. Use a block of wood on your jack or something so you don't hurt the pan.
