Alright folks, The time has come for me to be my usual Troll self and rant about how every honda forum has this epidemic. For the Love of God SEARCH!

If you dont know why your car wont start, Don't jump on here complaining and asking people for help untill you have used ALL of your abilities to diagnose it and repair it yourself. Then SEARCH the MILLIONS of threads about the same problem and how other people have made repairs themselves. And if you can't even do a tune up on your own vehicle, Either Take yor vehicle to a professional, or grab a haynes manual and LEARN. Ive been swapping engines in hondas for a long time now, and i'll be honest guys... It's a honda, not a Space shuttle. Seriously... Every honda forum is like this. Mountains of technical info being lost within the thousands of Noob threads. Obviously i'm not a mod or 90% of these threads would be removed. Especially Since 90% of them are just people asking for help or advice on things they have no intentions of doing or getting done. Build threads, D.I.Y.s, and technical threads should be all there are limited to. Anything else is general chat or a waste of time. Please... PLEASE, Search!!!!!!!!!

I did an h22 swap in my front yard with basic hand tools. There is NO feasable reason you can't check a main relay, or anything else. Stop jumping on here to have people hold your hand and fix your car for you. The honda community has enough problems as it is.

On another note, if you're in a situation where you genuinely need help after you have searched a thousand times and have yet to find an answer, BE SPECIFIC when you post a thread.

DON'T expect people to drop everything to help you, be patient and if someone with the knowledge comes along, there ya go. Stop bumping threads that are months old if you have nothing legitimate to add to it...

The rest is outlined in the forums RULES that NOBODY chooses to read.

Thanks for your time.

Not even a month and you're all ready fed up...lol

Welcome to H-T, it's not like it used to be. This is the forum where nobody tries to do their own trouble shooting or research. Then get all pissed when nobody helps them within 20 minutes of posting their "My car won't start, what's wrong" thread.....

I tend to ignore those ones for the most part now a days.

I try to help when I can. I have the Honda shop manual for 98-02 and dig whenever possible. I have done Google searches and posted the link for some problems I have seen posted here. I guess some people are too lazy to look and need to be told what to do.

Couldnt agree more. I biggest pet peeve is when someone types in all caps something along the lines of "I NEED AN ANSWER NOW".

Haha, it just gets old ya know? I'm willing to bet that the answer to almost every Honda question has already been answered somewhere. Honestly, all I've ever done was scour forums for info I needed and never bothered posting because people think that every Honda owner owes them answers. I posted my build thread as a fountain of knowledge to the Honda community and nobody will see it because some kids accord has low coolant and idles retarded. I mean dam. Lol

My favorite is when the guy making the post doesn't think he gets an answer fast enough... and then makes another post with a different title asking for help with the same issue.

There should be a SEARCH FIRST sticky as well as a NO START FLOWCHART

that would eliminate 50+% of the unnecessary threads here

I'm still amazed at some of the most stupid shi* that people post.

1.) Which exhaust will fit without having to weld on a new exhaust?

2.) My car has problems but I don't want to take it in and have it fixed, because I have no money and I can't fix it, because I don't know how

3.) I want to Turbo my engine, but I don't know how a turbo works?

4.) My car makes weird noise ( Using less than 5 words to describe the problem)
