Have you ever built a Honda motor before? You're missing two critical parts, and two critical pieces of information, for us to tell you if it's too tall or not. What crank and con rods are you using? as the head and/or block been milled at all?

Or you could just put it together and check your P2V clearances, the right way. Little bit of clay on the piston domes, rotate slowly by hand.

So, just to make sure I have this all right, you're running a D15Z1 block, D15Z1 crank, D15Z1 con rods, ZC pistons, and a D16Z6 head?

Assuming the parts list is correct, just stop now before you blow something up. Have fun with that 14.7:1 CR.

^Sounds correct. Off the top of my head, there's roughly a 3mm difference in compression height on those pistons compared to your original pistons. I think what you'd want is P08 pistons which would essentially make your setup nearly the same as a JDM D15B VTEC but I'm not sure those specific pistons are easily accessible any longer. Another alternative is to use 01-05 pistons as the compression height is similar but you'd have to do your own research to see if they will still stick out any.
