On Cold Idle, Car Goes to 2k RPM, Drops, Repeats
This pretty much says it all. Seems like when it's cold outside, I have a hard time starting it up - chokes a bit, and I have to give it gas. Once it's started up and still cold, the car will hit 2K RPM, then drops down to like 1500RPM, then goes up to 2K again, drops - repeats a whole bunch. Once I drive it and get warm, it's fine. Starts without issues, and the "sticky" RPM isn't there.

What do you think? IAC valve? Or something else. Something I need to take into the shop, or can I clean something myself? Sure sounds to me like something is just stuck or dirty, and needs a good clean.
Thanks!
