99-00 usdm does not have the power lock module in the door like the canadian and usdm 96-98 civics.

That was my first general thought, any more info helps. Is there any further indication I can look at to see if I do have the wiring for the heated mirrors on my power door harness?

Where would the power door lock module be located in the 99-00 USDM Civics? I will look at the 99 Canadian SI harness to see if I am able to locate the module away from inside the door. Would it be just fine if it were inside the door?

I believe there is some slight mix up with the close up pictures. The red arrow doesn't point exactly at the two different wires it just indicates what side it is on(naming the photo was good enough indication). I will remove the pictures look through the wires and post up the exact wires that I need to have looked at. I apologize for the mix up...

Here are the pictures, it looks to be that I have heated power mirror wires. Question: Will I be able to hook up power mirrors to the harness?

That would be great if you can post that diagram, and a quick to link on how to run the wires if there are any and where they go, that would be great thank-you...

You will also need the heated mirror switch and pigtail, and add the wires that reach to the junction at the doors. Pillage wiring from the donor harness you have. Obviously, also you will need the heated mirror glass and elements. I can find these for you if you want to PM me to discuss further.

I don't think you can plug the Canadian door harness in. Canadian cars iirc have the door lock module in the door vs the kickpanel on usdm cars.

It's quite alright, thank-you very much for the pic now I know exactly where to re-pin the wires around when I need to...

Right right, thanks I will let you know if I end up converting my mirrors as well...

*Update*
I have successfully plugged in the the '99 Civic SI floor harness into my 2000 Civic dx, and I am currently in the testing phase before I put everything back into place. Everything works so far but the power door locks; I am also still waiting on my power mirrors to arrive so I can test them as well. From the info I have accumulated so far and from kyden^; is that the 99-00 Civic EX/SI Door Lock Control Module is located in the driver side kick panel which is also connected to the main harness under the dash, is this true? Is there anyway I can use the existing power door lock control module that I have and wire it up to a power source and or to the floor harness to the other door so that I can get the them to work like the 96-98 OEM Civics? There has to be some kind of write up somewhere here...
