Anybody have problems at WOT on their 8th Gen accords?
I'm getting a bad fume smell if I gun it, but at normal driving it does fine.
I have a Takeda Intake, 29K miles, run regular gas, 0-20 Advanced Fuel economy Mobile 1 oil.

I have also notice that since I have switched over to 5W-20 Purple Royal and Premium Gas (during this week) the exhaust fume from running rich is not their anymore. Performance wise, it purrs like a kitten.

 

With that low mileage, the Catalyst chemical reaction is very strong. I suspect you are smelling a sulfur like odor after hard driving. It is actually hydrogen sulfide. This is normal and will cease as the cat ages.
