http://www.sounddomain.com/id/71mgb go to the bottom of the page the specs are ar.68....inlet is 2 1/2...outlet is 3in....made by garrett......he said its a t3/t4 but it dosnt look like it.....can anyone one else tell......

i believe it is a t3/t4 if you could, check the pn# on the tag

should be a divided 1.06 a/r turbine housing with a vband discharge
the compressor is .50 a/r with a 40 trim wheel.
very weird combo, wouldnt suggest it for any hondas...

 

That exhaust housing does look unusually big.
