New Better Fit Ujoints
Hey guys,
I have been doing a lot of searching and found that Rockford Driveline switched the old part number that was for the 97-01 CRVs to be for the following generation of CRVs and they have a new joint that supposedly fits better than the previous ujoint. This might be old news but thought I would post anyways.
I just ordered from theujointstore.com and in one place on their site they list them for 43 bucks but if you look around you can get another link that has them listed for 20 bucks each. Kind of weird but I was down so I just ordered two from them for my 98 and it was 54 shipped! Pretty good deal!
Going to throw them in next weekend, I have a full shop and all the tools Ill need at my disposal so it should be pretty straight forward as I have done this numerous times.

Well I got the joints today, exactly 1 week after I placed the order so a vouch for the place I got them from. They fit perfect and come with grease zerk fittings so thats nice. I thought they were rockford brand but they have another brand label on them but they appear to be good quality so only a little disappointing.
Not the easiest ujoint install I have done by far, and I have done my fair shaire of 4x4 ujoints before. If you dont have access to a good sort of tools I would not recommend doing this, take it to a shop.
