Default 1997 h22 high fuel pressure searched, missing on cyl 2 and 4

We just repaired bent valves on the head of this car. The car is all stock except a header. Car had been sitting for around 6 months. We did leakdown test to pinpoint bent valves in cylinder 3. Head is now repaired and back on car. Put some new gas in car, tried to start it and only fires on cylinder 1 and 3. spark plugs from cyl 2 and 4 are wet with gas. We recheck compression cold/ dry test all cylinders are between 150-172 psi. We chech spark good blue spark on all plugs. Put fuel pressure gauge on and we have 60 psi, put on second fpr and make sure return line isnt clogged we still have 60 psi, put on 3rd fpr and now we have like 52 psi. only runs on cyl 1 and 3 for like 15 seconds. thanks for any insight.

Before we put on fuel gauge we siphoned out all gas and replaced fuel filter.

Could the intake ports be clogged? Did you leave rags in there?

Are 1 and 3 plug wires switched?

Did you try swapping plugs?

your pressure is suppose to be around 47-54psi so you are close on that

I have narrowed it down to weak spark, have switched out dizzy, coil for known good units. Have checked all grounds. ohmed out plug wires they were good? Has anyone experienced these symptoms due to a bad main relay? Also someone else said on here he had gone thru everything in a similar situation and he ended up switching all his fuses and his spark came back nice strong and blue? Any input is appreciated.

How do you know it's missing on 2 and 4 ? Have you triple checked your spark plug wire firing order ?
