1993 Accord Ex 5 spd. Heavy intermittent vibration ( feels like driving on a rumble strip) Just started happening, I had a lot of front end work recently done due to accident.
New axle, new control arms. The car was fine for a couple of thousand miles after I got it back, but now real bad vibration when I accelerate worse the harder I accelerate, but goes away and doesn't always happen ? Thanks for suggestions.

 

I would check for a loose ball joint or a bad axle.
