Default 1989 honda integra zc idle issue

i have just replaced my cambelt and water pump on my integra and after doing so my zc won't idle. drives perfect just doesn't idle

my ecu is flashing 1 long flash then 7 fast flashes then 9 fast flashes. not sure if it 10, 7, 9 or 1, 7, 9 or 17, 9?

i am confused to what fault code this is showing? i think its either TPS or crank position sensor?

its so frustrating driving in traffic when your car cuts out every time your coming to a stop.

can anyone please help me with this problem.

i would say your timing is off,and/or you need to do a proper valve adjustment

Ditto the above^^^ even if it turns out not to be the problem, it is the first thing I would check, [valve and ign. timing] if for no other reason other then to eliminate timing as the issue.

One long and seven short flashes is 17, rthat would be VSS. 94
