Before i explain the issue, i have tried to use the search tool but couldnt find anything for my issue so here it goes.

When i have the headlights on and try to use the turn signals, the blinker signals on the dash both light up like i have the hazards on. After running for about 10 minutes with normal driving the blinker signals on the dash function as normal. i cant tell if its a wiring issue, fuse issue, or just the car being old and fussy. Has anyone else heard about this problem or experienced it?
