!!!!! b20 axle help !!!!
Ok. I have a 97 hatch with a b20 w/ LS-LSD tranny..
Working on the car the other day and see the boot on the driver side axle ripped. I ignored it cause it wasn't causing any problems. Now I was just driving home today from class and the car just started shaking as I accelerated. Immediately I thought it was the axle or could it be the half shaft?
Also how do I know what axle I have installed on the half shaft? 94+ Integra, ’99-00 Civic Si(R), del-Sol VTEC OR 90-93 Integra? (I didn't do the build)
Now if its the half shaft, what half shaft do I need?
If its the axle how do I tell them apart and how do I separate it from the half shaft??
Thanks in advance..

its the axles. not the half shaft. get any b series axle from an integra. the axles just slip onto the spindles. once you take the 32mm nut off and remove it from the hub just slide the axle off the half shaft. you will need a crow bar or flat head to help pry it off
nope...just the big axle nut on the wheel side. well, there is a circlip that is on the half shaft, but that should be there. In any case, it is recommended that you pick up a new one from your local Honda dealership for axle replacement, but not totally necessary.
