How much oil are you losing? Any oil in the coolant? Are the sparkplugs nasty covered in oil or carbon? Is it blowing smoke out the exhaust? Shine a light in the sparkplug holes, can you see buildup in the cylinders?

If you can't find where it's leaking and you don't have any sign of leakage, then it's not leaking oil. How many miles on it? When you start it after it's sat over night, do you see a puff of blue smoke? Sounds like it's burning oil, not leaking it. My 02 has 177k on it (d17a2) and once I did the head it stopped using oil.

find out why you think its leaking oil first and then we can better assist you... it might just be burning oil like a motherb*tch.

If it's using less than 1 quart every 1000 Miles, I wouldn't worry about it. Just check the oil every 2-3 fillups. Cars will use oil.

You don't think that's excessive? My Em2 has just under 120k and it uses less than half a quart between oil changes.

Jason, check the PCV to make sure it's functioning properly. You might consider just replacing it. Other things to consider are the valve guides and seals, worn rings, etc. As previously noted, inspect the condition of your spark plugs, too.
