Default 1998 Honda Civic LX engine question!

Hey all,

So I have a 98 Honda Civic LX. The motor it came with stock is a D16Y7 non vtech. My engine just pooped out on me, so I went to a local dealer of imported crate engines from japan. They told me the 1.5 liter would bolt up and have no problems swapping over to. They also had me buy a timing belt, gaskets, blah blah blah from them...well the guy who's helping my dad pull the engine and swap it noticed my stock header has a huge crack down the middle of it. I know the company I ordered the engine from said we have to swap over the D16 emissions parts and etc. My question is do I order a header for a D16Y7 engine? Or the 1.5 Liter? and how does this all work? Any help would be great seeing as I am trying to swap this out this week, so I dont have to ride the motorcycle in the rain every day. Im not mechanically smart so if you could explain it to me so I can understand I would appreciate it!
