Default whats the difference between the auto and manual intake manifolds?

newbie here:
hey guys i am currrently looking for a Y8 intake manifold for my Y8 head i have. im doing a swap and i have been looking for the intake mani fold now. but i noticed there are two different part numbers from honda.

now since i never had the complete parts in front of me, whats the differences? is there a specific once i need or does it not matter (manual or auto versions of the intake manifold)?

or will a d16z6 intake manifold work?

ill be using the skunk2 TB.

heck, i dont even know which version Y8, manual or auto, head i have now.

which version do i need?
and why?

I only know that the y8 AUTO manifold has a 3-wire IACV, in the throttle body, whilst the y8 MANUAL has a 2-wire IACV on the manifold. The rest however, i'm not sure.

The IACV is different, automatic Y8 and all Y7s are 3 wire and part of the throttlebody. 5 speed Y8 and almost all other D-series engines use a 2 wire IACV regardless of transmission type that bolts to the back of the intake manifold.

Also the 99-00 y8 intake manifolds have the FIA system so try to stay away from these if you can

Can't really tell if auto or manual but if you use one you have to block off those ports circled in the pic and its just something extra you don't want to deal with.

There is no place because on the 96-00 Y8's it goes in the intake arm.
