Icon4 96 civic with swap tranny\axel alignment issues

Ok i have asked others but now im trying tranny experts. I have a 96 civic EX. It has a f22b2 in it and it has an civic ecu and civic tranny i beleave and basicly all civic parts. After an inspection i was told that the axels are not aligned and its wereing on my tranny in turn making it a death trap at any time. So you can imagin my haste in figuring out if this engine can fit perfectly in my car or if i should find a car with an engine to swap and wut engine would be the best performence and i also want to turbo it. And of corse i would like to here about the tranny i should match to wut ever engine is best. Please help answer some of my many ? THX

Ya sorry its an f22b2 and yes everything is civic parts. So ive been told. I guess its doable just isnt a high performence combo. Which is wut im trying to get. I just want the best possible combo with wut i hav. F22b2 with a ______ tranny or i was told a b series convertion kit would work with a diffrent trany cuz obviuosly mine is going to b worthless. But if im going to do all this to this car then i figure go buy the engine i want (b18b2) I want turbo and i want rims. Im really looking for that copmbo. In this civic . And thats just cuz ive seen that engine turboed and i know it works but i dont know if there is better options for about the same price as that set up or just turbo my f22b2 and tranny convertion axels and upper control arms not to mention the racing shocks and rims and tires. LOL Its all going to cost $ im looking for help[ at the cheapest i can get it so i can enjoy it. So any ideas.
