Icon3 95 civic dx with itr using gsr obd2 engine harness

sooo..
i have a 95 civic dx with a itr motor using a obd2 usdm gsr harness. i am getting code 10 & 14. the car starts up fine and drives, BUT.....!!!!!!

around 1,500-2,500rpm the rpm"bounces" and continues on...
now i have looked up numerous posts and all are using gsr motors so i assume i dont worry about iab connections. vtec ks are already connected.

i need help in fixing this issue. ive been told two things

1. wrong plug connected
2. iacv needs replacement

ive already tried switching em all around, AND i have 2 plugs remaining after i hook all of em up(a grey one and a green one that only has one wire to it) i know one is crank position but the other ???

if anyone knows the wire colors as to which go to the iacv

For both those codes the only cause besides the plugs being backwords is...

bad wiring
unplugged
bad sensor

wire colors for iacv plug are...black/blue <-----signal wire & yellow/black <-----ground

If you reset the ECU, do both codes return?

The one wire plug is probably knock sensor, do you have a pic of it?
