what type and guage of sheet metal is everyone using to cover the front bumpers and the ducts?
Also what metal aluminum, ss, what?

1/4" wtf lol. I would say 18G MAX, which is (0.048). 20G (0.036) should be more then suitable, and be alot easier to work with. Id honestly probably try some 22G galvanized first.

Chris I have some .040 aluminum at the shop I was going to use on mine you can come by and check it out if you want.

 

.040 works great.
