Can this h22a4 be used?

Hello everyone I'm a first time poster. I have a 98 Honda Prelude that has rod knock so I found this engine but then I noticed it's broken where the motor mount goes. Can it still be used or fixed?

It can be fixed but the cost is what might steer you away. Because it will need to filled with Aluminum redrilled and tapped to be usable again.

I suspect that the full engine disassembly is necessary to fix that as alu will distort while welded.

I would look elsewhere, H blocks are plentiful.
