Icon2 98 4dr auto locks and window not working

Hi all,
I just bought a 98 civic 4dr and there are 2 issues with the car. the auto lock doesnt work properly, when you switch to lock or unlock, only driver front and rear doors lock or unlock. also the rear driver side window (auto) does not roll down.
I was thinking this may be an issue with a relay or fuse... anyone have any ideas where to start looking?
Thanks!

My coupe had this issue. I lost the driver door speaker, power mirrors and power locks. I had to wiring in a new door harness plug. Not the funnest thing to do.

Is there a lock actuator that could be lazy? Ours acts like it wants to work but will not cycle the lock **** up or down.

Yep, definitely test the driver's door lock actuator.

For the rear window, test 20A dash fuse 7.

The door jamb conector is a PITA to work on. Even though it was covered with some sort of electrical connective solvent from the factory, the wire prongs (within the plugs) have a tendency to rust. I had to fix the (door lock) wires on my old '93 Civic LX 4dr.

My wires in the plug got worn out from opening and closing the door and it broke the wires off at the pins.

Awesome info everyone.

Ron, if i remember correctly you have been the one with all the good info and tips for many years. I have been absent from this site for a couple years but i dont think my memory is that bad.

What would be the fix if the actuators are just lazy. I was messing with the car for a few min. today before work and it sounds like the passenger side is trying to unlock and lock but as KEG6795 said the locks are not moving up and down.

Ron you are awesome, The rear window was the #7 fuse as you said.

For the door locks, i think the actuators are about dead. kinda wierd that all 4 are almost dead. maybe previous owner had a small kid that was constantly playing with the lock switch...
