How to remove broken valve cover bolt?
Hi guys
I'm in a bit of trouble.. When i took of my valve cover i managed to brake a bolt inside the head.
The engine is a D15 and the bolt that broke was the one of the long ones in the back!
Any guidelines to get it up again?
Here's a picture of where i broke the bolt..

Tried that earlier today.. Didn't work!
Edit: It seems it's a bit tourqed too hard or something from the past owner, it sits in there like cement!

Try again.
Its not rocket science you have to be patient with it.
Also make sure you put a rag around there when you drill so you dont get any shavings in the head which leads to the oil..

to stop this from happening again, always try to remove these with a 1/4" ratchet, if she won't budge, use one of these, and hit her with a hammer, it will take them out without breakage everytime

Anime,
Drilling and backing it out with the easy-out is the only solution that is reasonable. There are some other desperate attempts I would try but would not share with you on the forum.
