i just recently got a 1990 accord from my aunt, it has a CEL, and id like to jump pins and get the light to blink, but because i am a bit crippled due to a recent surgery im not able to crawl on my back and look up under the dashboard, i read it should be on the Passenger side under the kick panel, i assume thats the cover on the right side of the pass floorboard??? if someone has this same car and can take a pic or let me know exactly where to look, please let me know

So the ECU blinks theres no diagnostic port?

 

correct. if i remember correctly the obd didn't show up till about 1995. so theres no scanner to check codes. just jumper it and watch the CEL

 

if theres no obd port, where do i jump it??

EDIT:

I pulled up the carpet and noticed that there are 2 red lights on the computer/s that blink, the one on the left blinks 5 times whereas the right one flashed like 3 FAST times
