Default Need help calibrating TPS/OBD1 GSR

Im trying to calibrate my new blox tps.

At CT it is at 0 and at WOT it is at 2.7 to 3.2 depending on the position.

I cant seem to get it to go higher than 3.2.

My steps were:

Backprobe red and green wire

Positive to red and neg to green

Multimeter set at 20v dc

Test while key is at second position

Any help is much appreciated

Well im not very mechanically inclined.

I read that post on a different site already.

I tried by back probing the neg and pos of the tps

and by backprobing just the pos and putting neg on neg of battery.

The first way got me 0 at CT and 2.7 to 3.2 at WOT

And the second way gets me .2 at CT and 3.2 at WOT not matter what position its in.

And yes red lead to middle wire and black to batter negative. Key on #2 pos.
