Has anyone used these H bars???
iv been seeing these things go around but haven't heard anyone that has used them.
If you have post what you think of it compared to the traditional traction bar or if you can use them both, here's a link to it:

These are similar to a lower tie bar, they just connect to 4 points instead of just two. not sure how much they help... you can use these with traction bars, they do not attach to the LCA, just the LCA mounting points usually.
Garbage/rubbish/trash/junk/piece of ****! I had a new one laying around for 2 years I believe it was the same brand, I installed it because it served a purpose of holding up my exhaust and shift rod while the motor was out, it ended up breaking right were the front connects to the subframe/control arm. I noticed it after I put the motor in, I removed it by breaking the other side with small pry bar. to me the only purpose it serves is to hold up the exhaust and shifter when motor is removed.
try using one of these, its an OEM part from integra not sure if it do anything, but its the same concept as the H bar.
