Default mtx wideband-factory p72 ecu

Ok so ive done ton's of research on this and cant find an exact answer. I just installed my Innovate mtx wideband and it works great, now that i no longer have a factory o2 sensor i was wondering what wire Brown/Yellow go to the factory ecu to tell it what to do? I found info on using pin location d10,d11,d12 but cant get an exact answer. I also under stand that i need to adjust the voltage range for wideband to correctly work with the ecu, whats that voltage range? thanks in advance for any help.

With a stock ECU you will not be able to do this. You must use a tunable ECU such as Hondata in order for this to work.

D14 is the narrow band input and you can use ether the YEL or BRN analog out wire from the Wideband O2 controller. It is all in the settings from the controller using LM Programmer. Whatever wire you use make sure that you select that one when configuring the analog output in the LM Programmer software.

The narrow band voltage is from 0.00 - 1.00

0.00 - 19.11 afr
0.30 - 14.7 afr
0.70 - 14.7 afr
1.00 - 10.29 afr

so wait. you CAN do it without tuning software? or not? or are you saying you can do it using the narrow band wire, but then itll still only read like a narrow?

im confused

The stock ECU only reads and corrects for 14.7:1 AFR. It goes to pin D14. Reprogram either wire to the narrowband voltages listed above and it'll function like a stock ECU.
If you want it to correct wideband AFR for performance, the ECU has to be chipped and tuned, there is no alternative.

You can still use only use the narrowband output for closed loop operation. You can use the wideband display to adjust your open loop behavior with the safc. Best bet is to get into something like neptune or hondata though.

Bottom line is that the stock ecu does not have the capability to read the 0-5v output of he wideband. Even if it did it can't do anything with the information.
