Default 97 ek has a low idle problem

Hey guys just a little background I just sold my 96 Gsr and picked up a 97 civic cx with 270k km. will post pictures shortly.

Needs some basic stuff, tie rod and brakes. I noticed a RPM drop once I start driving the car. The RPM's will drop around 500rpm when I push in the clutch coming to a stop. It starts and idles okay I'm only noticing this once the car is moving. Does anybody know a good place to start diagnosing?

It doesn't seem to do this all of the time.

Bone stock. CEL not showing. Tryed to hook up a scanner and it wasn't able to establish a connection. It loaded for about 30 seconds then failed.

I will try that. Thanks.
