It's easy to replace the seal. No special tool is required. Why do you want to?

Buy new seals from Honda.

Remove axles. (It may help to drain the transmission fluid before you do this.)

Gently pry old seals out with a screwdriver.

Wipe clean the surface of differential contacted by the seals.

Evenly press each new seal into the differential, just until flush with the outer surface of the differential. I tapped the seals with a clean flat piece of wood to get them flush.

Grease the inner ring surface of the seal that contacts the axle and do the same on the matching surface of the axle.

Install new axles.

Go to your local tools store, and buy a 1/2" breaker bar. $15. Buy the 32mm socket. $3. To go your local hardware store, and buy a 3' length of lead pipe that fits around the breaker bar. Go to town on it.
