Does anyone run 16's on there si I have a set of prelude swirls I wanted to throw on for winter. Didn't know if they would clear calibers or if they need spacers the tire size 205-55-16.
Why don't you just do a test fit? It only takes a few minutes and then you won't have to guess.
Yes, 16's (for the most part) fit fine. However, not ALL 16's will fit and you might as well just throw the rim over your caliper to see if it clears without any obvious issues.

Yes they fit and they look like **** I have a pic somewhere I used prelude SH 5 spoke wheels with my snow tires and I have test fitted swirlies as well they both go inside the fender too much. This year I decided to purchase some LX steelies/hubcaps and looks way better mounted on the car.
I will try and find a pic and post it here

Here's 16" rsx Type s on fa5. These fit like a glove; but the wheels that you put on will depend on the depth of the dropcenter and the position of the valvestem. These clear the face of the caliper all day, but the dropcenter is like 1/4" from the top of the caliper. Likewise if the valvestem were inside the lip and not facing outward, it would rip off on the brake.

205 55 16 General Altimax Arctic. 24.9" OD. it's only about 4/10" taller than OE; but the 235 35 18s i had on the car are 2/10" SHORTER than OE so side by side they look crazy.
