Need help bad.... 1500 rpm bouncing idle already searched threads
I bought a flooded 2000 hatch, eater was about halfway up the doors. The car ran when I picked it up. After a few weeks the ecu corroded and alternator. I have replaced both. I have checked all wiring that I can find and all seems well. I am getting a p1509 iacv code but it seems to test good? Is there something else that went under water that may cause this code. As soon as I clear it comes back on immediately.
Manual, I checked the wires to the ecu for resistance. Metered the iacv and got 21 ohms on each side of it which is supposed to be correct. When I unplug it with the car running it doesn't change much im getting 12volts to the yellow/black and about the same to the orange and black/blue. I am super confused with this. Any ideas would be great.
I also checked for vacuum leeks but none. The code comes on as soon as I clear it without the car runnin. So I would believe it to be an electrical issue.

If all tests in the diagrams are fine, swap in a known good ECU.
