Default FA5 to FD2 Conversion Inquiry

I was digging around on 8thCivic and ended up at Show Stoppers website looking for Type R parts. Does any company sell a complete kit to turn an FA5 into a Type R?

I know if I dig around I can find a rear conversion (Trunk + Tails), but I haven't seen a complete front kit (head lights, bumper, fenders etc) and I'm not 100% sure what I need for the front

Also does anyone make the trunk conversion without the hole for the rear wing?

Thanks!

Not sure what you're looking to do here.

Are we talking about an FA5-spec Mugen or an FD2-spec Mugen?

The two are quite different.

Also, acquiring these parts is not going to be cheap nor fast.

Have you tried kingmotorsport.com? They have most of the part, expect for the front spoiler, since you have to own a Mugen Si w/ a valid VIN number to purchase it.

I'm sorry, I am TOTALLY retarded. I'm new to Honda and what I meant to say was Type R! I was looking at US-Spec Mugen RR and got it confused with JDM Type R...

There is no US-Spec Mugen RR....

There's a Mugen Civic SI, which is a regular SI with a few Mugen parts (aero, suspension, wheels, interior bits, exhaust, etc)

If you're looking to convert to a japan spec front/rear, search these places:

kplayground

zestjdm

I think kplayground had a RR style bumper that fits USDM fronts.

zestjdm has the conversions, although they use replica parts.

Changing it up to be different.

Same thing happened with the DC2-era integras.

I just don't understand it.
