Newbie here. 98 Civic dx hb. Recently weird things started. Won't idle up with ac on. Condensor fan relay constant clicking w/ac off, conds. fan trying to start w/ac off. Radiator fan works with temp. Car not overheating. Turn on ac radiator fan quits condensor fan works. Since this started, dependent upon ambient temp, 70-85 ac works fine. 85-100 clutch rapidly cuts off/on. 3 months ago replaced ac comp., dryer, exp valve. worked great about 30 days and this started. Just curious if anyone has seen anything as such. Thanks for looking. Rich
