5 Speed Tranny Rebuilt Price
Hey everyone we just swapped out a blown tranny from my buddies boosted D16.
He shredded the gears and my question is, is it worth having someone rebuild the old tranny or buy a good used one to swap in my car?

Building a tranny is always going to be the way to go. It's a matter of reliability when building a car not price. Why not rebuild the old tranny well slapping on a used one to get around.
