cel code 11 on my 2000 civic si
ive googled this and barely and results come up... i read somewhere that this cel means overheating but my gauge doesnt move at all... i have a 2000 civic si street tuned on a obd1 ecu... the car runs perfectly fine and after driving it for a few minutes the cel comes on and the car doesnt want to pass 5k rpms as if there was a rev limiter... once i turn off the car the cel goes away... what needs to be replaced?
Code 11? Read this then double check that code.

well im street tuned and there was a feature added that if u press and hold the gas pedal when the car is on position 2 it blinks and tells u the code... it gives me code 11...
Is the CEL actually throwing codes? Follow the procedure in the link and pull the codes properly. Don't really care about what code Hondata is throwing.

Then don't turn off the car. Pull over and pull the code using a paper clip to jump the service connector. If Hondata is throwing a non-existent code maybe you should check the Hondata forums.
