Default My 2.0 turbo build: Taking it Paso a Paso

97 Integra LS

I been working on this project for a long time already but never thought about making a build thread until now that i got convinced too by ( Monjarassi )
Specially now that i have alot of free time for now, well a little info about about the car, its an 97 integra that i traded my sister for my civic to sale. I started by just doing the basic bolt-ons n stuff just like everybody does to have a little fun here n there, later on i installed a NX nitrous kit system with the help of ( Monjarassi ) n had fun with that for a few months.. at the mean while i started getting turbo parts here n there because my goal was to go turbo. But then the bad thing happen i fried a piston n was put on the spot to rebuild the motor that i have or go all out, with the help of my bro-in-law i chose to go all out. So i took the motor out n started taking everything out. First off was cleaning out that engine bay because it looked sooo stupid (my opinion). Ive always wanted the 98-01 body style sooo i decided to start sourcing the parts for it and i also wanted to change the color of the car too PY. So i leave ya off with the pictures of the history of my project and up to date where it stands.. I will be updating as i go so bare with me.

Also the main reason to start this massive thread is to help me keep track of the beggining and end of my project racekar..
And for the onlookers and followers any addvice and help or contribution to my build would be helpfull and highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a great build thread! so you have no power steering? Like how you had the paint job done right! strip the car down bare! and shaved bay= sweet!

What car is that steering rack from? I know there are a few Hondas that had them. Also did you have to swap the sub frame, or did it bolt to your existing one? Curious

Yup no power steering....n yea the rack came from a 92-95 civic...it'll bolt on strait in, but I had to use the bushing from the original power steering rack... the manual rack is smaller then the power steering one sooo you need to cut the bushing to make it work n stay in place ....
