problems with ek/k24a2 fuel system
ok i have tried looking in the forums n i dont find nething specific on this
i have the stock fuel pump running the k24a2 but it boggs when i step on it, i need more preasure but idk if i can run a stock rsx fuel pump or if i have to buy a walbro 255 or something similar i have 440 injecors, hybrid racing fuel rail n regulator, at idle it reads 40 i read that was ok
if anyone could point me in the right direction with the fuel pump n my k pro is all setup but just can get enough fuel to rlly step on it.....
oh n if anyone now tuning with the krpo it b great to help me out o it im still on learning status im in killeen tx near austin!

ok so i went on craigslist n baught a walbro 255 n installed it n everything n when i gunned it, it boggd again, idk if the dude just ripped me off or if i have a seperate prob, he told me he had it in his rsx n he was runnin a k24a2 same as mine he says it run perfect with it oh well but now im trying to diagnose this as a other prob any ideas?????

it all came off my buddys rsx he had his rsx with that motor n all stuff that i have i just transfered it all to my ek, reason being is that he got rear ended n his rsx was destroid in the rear but all front end was untouched
Haven't know any1 running stock k20a2 pump in a ek, why not just get 255lph walboro.

you need a tune... im running 750cc turbocharged on a stock fuel pump. Runs great on a base map I tweaked it through kpro. If you never tuned before Prepare to be amazed by the difference. It dont matter what you got unless you tune to get its full potential. Your car might be bogging out due to being too rich or too lean. you wont know till you put a wideband on it and see where its running in afr. hope this helps. if it was the map it would throw a code right away under boost

playing with kpro without knowing what you're doing is a surefire way to hurt the motor. if you have nobody local to tune you, i recommend an online tune from www.magtuning.com he's tuned me twice with great results.
