Icon7 Help interpret compression and leakdown test before I pull the head

I've been getting random misfires from Cyl#1 & #2 lately and has been throwing a CEL.

Compression reslts:
#1 230
#2 230
#3 250
#4 250
These aren't actual psi readings because my gauge needle doesn't sit at 0 anymore.

I did a leakdown test today:
#1 55% leak from the intake
#2 25% leak from the intake
#3 10% leak
#4 10% leak

I could not see any bubbles coming from the radiator in all instances.
The car is still very drivable, just rough at idle.

I checked the intake valve lash on #1 and #2 and found that they were < 0.006.
#2 was actually less than 0.004! All the other valves were set to 0.006 IN 0.007 EX.

When I re-adjusted #2 intake back to 0.006, the leakdown went down from 25% to 23%.

What can happen if the intake valve lash is too tight?
Do you think I'll just need to get valve work down on #1 and #2?
